Solo artists or small groups (less than six performers) working on a profit share or free basis may request free passes. All other performers must purchase a weekend pass for the event at the special performers' rate. This is how we fund the festival. Partner and family tickets will be at full price. DFOV will attempt to pay reasonable fees to professional performers, but we are not able to guarantee a performance fee for all acts. Our alternative is to share a dividend of up to 50% of net festival profits among all acts that have asked to be on the profit share agreement. The organising committee determines the profit share amount allocated to each act as we in good faith can estimate as fair. Some performers do not ask for a fee - they do it for the enjoyment and the experience. Note that your preferred accommodation may not be available if you leave your booking too late. Stage Requirements A PA system is supplied in large venues. The two main venues will be set up to amplify the ambient sound of a choir. As concerts run to very tight schedules, we need to know exactly what your on-stage requirements are. Note that there is limited opportunity for stage familiarisation/sound checks before each concert.
